1. Services
We provide custom RV skirting and upholstery solutions. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

2. Payment
Payments are due as outlined in your quotation or invoice. Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed.

3. Custom Orders
Custom RV skirting is made to your specifications. It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If a product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
